观察了苓志丹对东莨菪碱所致大鼠记忆障碍模型的影响，实验结果表明，苓志丹能提高大鼠脑组织中5－HT、5－HIAA、NE、DA含量，并能升高脑组织中SOD含量，明显增强模型大鼠的记忆功能。
The effect of Qi Zhidan on the model of memory impairment in rats induced by scopolamine was observed. The experimental results showed that Qi Zhidan can increase the content of 5-HT, 5-HIAA, NE, and DA in rat brain and increase the brain tissue. The SOD content significantly enhanced the memory function of the model rats.
