The resistivity of the developed electrode is (0.6-1.4) × 10 -3 Ω · cm at the electrolysis temperature, which is much lower than that of the carbon anode and the corrosion rate is (0.5-3) × 10-3 ) g / cm ~ 2 · h, the oxygen evolution overvoltage is 0.1 ~ 0.2V in the range of 0.6 ~ 1.0A / cm ~ 2, the current efficiency of the small electrolysis experiment is 86% ~ 88%.
