2012年9月份,有关页岩气勘探开发的第二轮招标开始。但围绕我国页岩气的开发,一直以来就存在不同的声音。有专家提出,我国不太适宜发展页岩气产业。他们认为,我国是一个淡水资源紧缺的国家。页岩气的开发和利用,不但要消耗大量的水资源,还可能会污染已有的水资源。另外,我国的页岩气赋存状况与美国不同,我国页岩气埋藏条件更加复杂,对技术的要求更高。同时,我国页岩气产业刚刚起步,迄今尚无核心技术。
In September 2012, the second round of bidding for shale gas exploration and development started. However, the development of shale gas around our country has always had a different voice. Some experts have suggested that China is not suitable for the development of shale gas industry. They think that our country is a country with a shortage of fresh water resources. The development and utilization of shale gas not only consumes a large amount of water but also may pollute the existing water resources. In addition, the occurrence of shale gas in China is different from that in the United States. The burial conditions of shale gas in China are more complicated and have higher technical requirements. At the same time, shale gas industry in China has just started, so far no core technology.
