目的:分析脑囊虫病的磁共振T1WI、T2WI及FLAIR序列表现,探讨其诊断价值,以便更好应用于临床诊治。方法:回顾性分析66例脑囊虫病的磁共振T1、T2及FLAIR序列表现及临床资料,征象进行分类总结。结果:单发23例,多发43例,脑实质型55例,脑室型2例、软脑膜型及混合型9例。存活期21例,退变死亡期18例,钙化期4例,混合期23例。结论:脑囊虫病的磁共振T1WI、T2WI及FLAIR序列表现,不仅能发现病变,还能反映不同的病理状态,有利于诊断及制定治疗方案。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the MRI manifestations of T1WI, T2WI and FLAIR in cerebral cysticercosis, and to explore the diagnostic value of T1WI, T2WI and FLAIR in order to be better applied in clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 66 cases of cerebral cysticercosis magnetic resonance T1, T2 and FLAIR sequence performance and clinical data, signs were summarized. Results: 23 cases were single, 43 cases were multiple, 55 cases were parenchyma, 2 cases were ventricular, 9 cases were pia mater and mixed. Survival in 21 cases, degeneration and death in 18 cases, 4 cases of calcification, mixed period of 23 cases. Conclusion: MRI manifestations of T1WI, T2WI and FLAIR of cerebral cysticercosis can not only detect lesions, but also reflect different pathological states, which is helpful for the diagnosis and treatment planning.
