本文对新型材料—聚氨酯材料的力学参数的测试方法进行了讨论.论述了静态量测法、波速法、加速度法、悬臂梁法、超声法的量测方法及原理.通过试验结果的分析比较,得到结论—超声法是量测聚氨酯之类材料力学参数的理想方法.该结论可作其他低弹模材料力学参数测试时参考.
This article discusses the test methods for the mechanical parameters of the new material-polyurethane material. It discusses the static measurement method, wave velocity method, acceleration method, cantilever beam method, ultrasonic measurement method and principle. Through analysis and comparison of test results, It was concluded that the ultrasonic method is an ideal method for measuring the mechanical parameters of polyurethanes and other materials. This conclusion can be used as a reference when testing the mechanical properties of other low elastoplastic materials.
