首次中国-东盟博览会,笔者作为一名在一线从事会展现场管理、服务的工作人员,感受了“决战阶段”的艰辛和喜悦,也直面和处理了很多的问题和矛盾。这次会展,宏观层面,成果辉煌,多方共赢;中观层面,各部门、各环节总体上运转协调;微观层面,富有活力,但仍有一些需要改进和完善的地方。现就全面提升博览会基层服务水平提几点建议。加强协同配合大型展会,从招展、招商到运输、装卸、布展、展览、撤展,展会流程各环节虽然独立而顺序排列,实践中却是动态关联的,个别环节效率低下会严重影响整体效率。尤其是现场服务阶段具有综合性、复杂性的特点,上游环节的潜在问题容易集中爆发,同时给予的应急处理时间短,矛盾易加剧。举一个例子,在布展阶段,假如出现上百个企业展位楣板名称错误,可能是展商提供、招展环节录入、工程服务商制作、现场工人
For the first time, China-ASEAN Expo, as a staff member engaged in the management and service of the exhibition site in the front line, I felt the hardships and joy of the “decisive stage” and confronted and dealt with many problems and contradictions.
