自1986年3月以来,笔者用腹龙抗栓丸治疗脑卒中30例,经临床观察,效果尚好。30例中,男21例,女9例,年龄48～71岁,病程最长8年,最短3个月。其中脑血栓26例,脑溢血后遗症4例。按中医辨证,符合中经络18例,中脏腑12例。本组治疗是单纯服用腹龙抗栓丸,每日2次,每次25粒,28天为1疗程。每周查血小板及出、凝血时间,若血小板降至8万/mm~3以下,即停药观察,待血小板转正常后再用药。疗效判定:(1)痊愈:神志清楚,瘫痪肢体肌力达Ⅳ～Ⅴ级,生活
Since March 1986, the author has treated 30 cases of stroke with antitrypsis pill, the clinical observation, the effect is still good.
