辽河曙光油田杜 84块超稠油油藏的储集层胶结非常疏松 ,原油中沥青质、胶质含量高达 45 .7% ,原油黏度对温度敏感性强 ,油藏温度 45℃时原油黏度高达 2 2× 1 0 4mP·s。用包封洗油、风干的松散储集层样品制作实验样品 ,据实验压力要求 ,在三轴岩心夹持器上将其压实成型 ,使实验样品的物性参数与区块参数平均值一致。应用由加拿大DBL公司稠油相态平衡装置改装而成的热模拟实验设备 ,共进行 1 2个样品的热模拟实验 ,实验温度为 1 0 0℃、2 0 0℃、3 0 0℃ ,实验压力为 3 .5MPa、7.5MPa、1 1 .5MPa、1 4.5MPa。热模拟实验结果表明 :沥青质沉积与温度及压力关系明显 ,沥青质主要呈孤岛状、薄膜状、丝片状、星点状、网络状、星云状等形态充填孔隙或在喉道处形成桥塞。沥青质沉积会引起润湿性反转及在孔喉处形成堵塞 ,在沥青质沉积与微粒迁移堵塞共同作用下渗透率严重降低、毛细管压力增加、喉道变窄。照片 1图 1参 2
The Lugang Shuguang Oilfield Du84 ultra-heavy oil reservoir has a very loose cement with a high content of asphaltenes and gums of 45.7%. The viscosity of crude oil is sensitive to temperature. When the oil temperature is 45 ℃, the crude oil viscosity reaches as high as 2 2 × 10 4 mP · s. The experimental sample was made by encapsulating the oil-washed and air-dried loose reservoir sample. According to the experimental pressure requirement, the sample was compacted on the three-axis core holder to make the physical parameters of the experimental sample consistent with the average of the block parameters. The thermal simulation experiment equipment modified by heavy oil phase balance device of DBL Company in Canada was used. A total of 12 thermal simulation experiments were carried out. The experimental temperature was 100 ℃, 200 ℃, 300 ℃. The experiment Pressure is 3.5MPa, 7.5MPa, 11.5MPa, 15.5MPa. The results of thermal simulation show that asphaltene deposition is obviously related to temperature and pressure. Asphaltenes are mainly island-like, film-like, filamentous, star-like, network-like and nebular- Plug Asphaltene deposition causes reversal of wettability and formation of clogging at the throat of the throat, which leads to a serious decrease of permeability, increase of capillary pressure and narrowing of the throat under the co-action of asphaltene deposition and particle migration and blockage.
