五种地产中药抗菌作用的实验研究黑龙江中医学院胡桂清，李建志，王黑力，王桂山，张德山我们对黑龙江地产中草药抗菌作用进行研究报告如下：材料与方法菌种：标准菌种１６种。实验前对菌种进行形态、染色性、生化反应和抗原性的检定。药物：黑龙江省地产中药：两头尖、升麻、荆芥咀、威灵仙，制作成１００％中药浸液。调ＰＨ为７．２—７．６。普通肉汤培养基，以下简称“肉汤：。实验方法：本实验采用中草药抗菌实验试管法，参考有学文献’‘、“并根据我们的经验做了适当修改，详见表１。混匀后３７℃培养１８－２４小时后观察结果。表１中药抗菌实验方法实验结果将抗菌效果好的两头尖、升麻、荆芥咀和威灵仙以及与之对照的紫丁香的抗菌作用列于表２：从表２可见中药两头尖的抗菌作用，对金黄色葡萄球菌、埃希氏大肠杆菌有很强的抑菌作用、升麻对金黄色葡萄球菌、埃希氏大肠杆菌、志贺氏痢疾杆菌有明显的抑菌作用、荆芥咀和威灵仙的抗菌作用也是很明显的。（３）总之，黑龙江省地产中草药中两头尖、升麻、荆芥咀和威灵仙具有较好的抗菌作用，是很有研究价值的中药。参考文献｜｜（１）上海第六人民医院．快速检验资料汇编，２１２～２２８。（２）上海市医学化验所．实用临床检验；６９７—７１４１
