幸福,是人由内心而生的一种极大的满足感,它是一种素养,也是一种能力。美国国家教育学会会员诺丁斯在《幸福与教育》中把“幸福作为生活和教育的目的”。作为教育者的我们,只有在教育教学工作中对我们的学生实施了幸福的教育,才能打造自己和孩子们的幸福人生。下面便以我校德育工作为例,谈谈我的认识与思考。一、以生为本,爱心奉献德育是做人的工作,人是有理性的,也是有感情的,只有以情感人,才能以理服人。重视人文关怀的学校德育
