教师与家长合作是学校教育的重要环节。教师和家长在教育过程中建立起互相信任、协调一致的合作关系,可以为学生的发展提供良好的环境,促进学生在家庭、学校和社会的和谐合作氛围中健康成长。本文对教师(特别是班主任)和家长在学校进行沟通这一教育形式进行了较为深入的探讨,期冀起到抛砖引玉的作用,从而能更好地对学生进行教育,将其培养成对社会有用的人才。
