布罗肯-希尔联合熔炼公司皮里港炼铅厂的原料发生了早已预见的变化,进厂砷量增加超过了该厂的脱砷能力。为此考虑了可供选择的方案。1.保留现有工艺,改用较大的软化精炼炉和回转炉;2.将粗铅顺流软化精炼改为逆流软化精炼,同时改进副产品处理作业;3.采用传统的间断哈里斯精炼法;4.用苛性钠间断造干渣精炼法;5.新颖的连续啥里斯精炼法。根据对现有设备的数据收集和模型研究,预定了顺流和逆流软化设备的性能特点,估计了对铅锑合金生产的影响。对啥里斯技术的动力学和化学研究结果,制定了从粗铅中选择性脱除砷的标准方法或干浮渣法的技术条件。一种新颖的连续哈里斯精炼法,已发展到扩大的中间工厂规模,并作为最佳方案进行了工程咨询研究。
The long-expected change in the feedstock at Brigham-Hill smelter Pilai Harbor lead smelter increased the arsenic content in the plant more than the plant’s arsenic removal capacity. To this end, options are considered. 1. To retain the existing process, use a larger softening furnace and rotary kiln; 2. Crude lead downstream softening refining to counter-current softening refining, while improving by-product processing operations; 3. Using the traditional method of discontinuous Harris refining ; 4 intermittent with caustic soda dry refining method; 5 novel continuous Sharis refining method. Based on the data collection and model studies of existing equipment, the performance characteristics of downstream and countercurrent softening equipment are predetermined, and the impact on lead-antimony alloy production is estimated. Based on the kinetic and chemical studies of Sharif technology, a standard method for the selective removal of arsenic from crude lead or the technical conditions for dry scumming was developed. A novel continuous Harris refining method has been developed to expand the size of an intermediate plant and conducted engineering consultancy studies as the best solution.
