地处沪杭甬高速公路中心路段的杭州管理处隶属于浙江沪杭甬高速公路股份有限公司,目前管辖的48公里高速公路是沪杭甬高速公路车流量最大、任务最繁忙的路段。管理处成立以来,坚持把为司乘人员提供安全舒适的行车环境和文明、优质的服务作为工作中的主线来抓,势力提高服务质量和管理水平,营造沪杭甬高速公路“道路顺畅、环境优美、服务优质、管理严格”的良好形象。该处所辖的杭州管理所被评为省级“文明示范窗口”,萧山管理所和瓜沥管理所被评为省级“文明收费站”。
