本文首先求出盒式录音机走带系统的最佳条件,并采用下列方法加以实现,结果增加了许多特长。(1)采用时分控制法实现了“WDD”主导轴方式。特别是带盘马达也实现了 DD 化,并具有张力控制功能。由于上述部件协调工作,满足了所要求的走带条件。另外,还去掉了一切繁杂的变速机构,可以长时间保持高性能。(2)转子的永磁铁采用稀土类磁铁,因此,实现了小型、大马力的平面双向电子整流子马达,并做成了一致性好和便于批量生产的薄形驱动单元结构。结果,在盒式录音座上大大减少了抖动,降低了调制噪声等,成为能充分发挥高保真性能的走带系统。
