我厂用一台立式单熔沟500公斤有芯工频感应电炉熔炼锡锌铅铸造青铜。生产实践表明,该炉存在如下两个问题: 1.由冷炉加热熔沟起熔体时,经常发生熔沟起熔体断裂,迫使打炉大修,耗费大量人力和筑炉材料,严量影响生产的正常进行。 2.熔炼速度慢(每炉需2.5~3.5小时),难于满足铸造锡青铜快速熔炼、保证质量的要求,耗电量大。为了解决这两个问题,我们结合生产,从熔沟几何形状进行分析、选择试验和改进,取得了很好的效果。一、断沟的机理分析有芯工频感应电炉的工作原理是:网路电源输入感应器(线圈),生产交变磁场,
