药价成为举报热点国家计委最近公布了今年上半年价格举报情况,药品及医疗服务价格与教育乱收费、房地产价格及物业管理乱收费等成为举报大热点。统计数据表明,药品及医疗服务价格的问题比较突出。根据群众的价格举报,上半年全国共查处药品价格及医疗服务乱收费案件4251件。药品价格举报的主要问题是:药品价格应降未降,有价无货。近年来,国家虽然已经分类分批降低了近千种药品价格,但群众感到实惠不多。反映较多的是降价药品未按规定及时降价和降价药品有价无货等问题,特别是多种降价药品有价无货,给部分长期靠药物控制病情的慢性病患者带来严重影响。医疗服务价格举报的主要问题是:超标准收费,分解项目多收费、重复收费,自立项目收费等。
