深入贯彻落实《教育规划纲要》,需要关注以下与基础教育事业科学发展密切相关的若干政策问题,即全面实施素质教育的重要性和紧迫性,基本普及学前教育的热点难点,巩固提高九年义务教育水平,促进义务教育均衡发展和解决择校难题,普及高中阶段教育和推动普通高中多样化发展,与基础教育相关的体制改革,建设高素质专业化的教师校长队伍。
