目的了解影响某院住院病人健康的常见病、多发病,为医院管理和疾病防治提供依据。方法分析2006年某院住院病人疾病构成前十位及顺位,住院病人疾病采用国际疾病分类(ICD—10)进行分类。结果2006年住院病人前十位疾病占疾病总和的92.6%。损伤与中毒外因的后果、循环系统疾病、妊娠、分娩和产褥期疾病等为本院住院患者的主要病种。结论应加强对这些常见病、多发病的防治工作,提高广大人民的健康水平和生命质量。
Objective To understand the common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases that affect the health of inpatients in a hospital and provide the basis for hospital management and disease prevention. Methods To analyze the top ten diseases in the inpatients in a hospital from 2006 to 2006 and the inpatients’ diseases according to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10). Results The top ten diseases of inpatients in 2006 accounted for 92.6% of the total. Injuries and the consequences of poisoning, circulatory diseases, pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium diseases are the main types of hospitalized patients in our hospital. Conclusion The prevention and treatment of these common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases should be strengthened to improve the health and quality of life of the broad masses of people.
