播音主持行业经过一段时期的成长,已经获得了长足发展,从以前的传统传媒到当下的全媒众媒“百花齐放”的新时期,播音主持的培养模式也在随之进行着相应的调整。国家、社会、听众及广播电视行业,对播音主持人才的认识逐步加深,并且对这一职业提出了新的期望和需求,这要求着播音主持行业应当不断探索,人才培养模式进行创新,以适应新媒体环境的适应性。
