本文从技术上分析了国内外数控系统的发展现状,论述了专用体系结构、非标准总线模块化结构、PC平台体系结构三种形式数控系统的特点.指出了基于PC平台开发数控系统是适合我国国情的有效途径.阐明了多CPU、前后台、多任务控制方案,和CAD、CAM、CNC一体化的思想,有效地解决了编程与控制脱节及编程机时占用与机床控制之间的矛盾.该控制方案已在超人CNC系统中得到实现,并取得较好的运行效果.本文从技术上分析了国内外数控系统的发展现状,论述了专用体系结构、非标准总线模块化结构PC平台体系结构三种形式数控系统的特点.指出了基于PC平台开发数控系统是适合我国国情的有效途径.阐明了多CPU、前后台、多任务控制方案,和CAD、CAM、CNC一体化的思想,有效地解决了编程与控制脱节及编程机时占用与机床控制之间的矛盾.该控制方案已在超人CNC系统中得到实现、并取得较好的运行效果.
