This article describes the experience of using anti-tachycardia pacing (ATP) devices in combination with implanted automatic defibrillation cardioversion (AICD) devices for treatment of ventricular (tachycardia) speed. Automated ATP or magnetically activated with the Lntertech 206 pacemaker. It combines room-speed sensing, VT termination (programmable cancellation), and bradycardia support. Single pacing up to a string (up to 250) pre-pulse. The primary and secondary pacing procedures can be programmed separately. The secondary pacing program triggers the AICD on demand.
