高技术产业创新能力建设是我国创新体系建设的重要组成部分。由于外向性活动的增加,其创新能力与外向性活动之间关系研究成为关注的重点。国际物化知识溢出效应是其在外向性活动过程中获得产业创新能力提高的重要渠道。通过协整检验及格兰杰因果分析发现,物化知识溢出与高技术产业创新能力有长期均衡关系。其中,从短期来看,外商直接投资及进口贸易活动是高技术产业创新能力提升的格兰杰原因。目前应更好地发挥高技术产业对外投资及出口贸易活动对这一产业技术创新能力的作用。
High-tech Industry Innovation Capacity Building is an Important Component of China’s Innovation System. Due to the increase of extroversion activities, the research on the relationship between their innovative abilities and extroversion activities has become the focus of attention. The spillover effect of international physical and chemical knowledge is an important channel for it to gain industrial innovation capability in the process of extroversion. Through cointegration test and Granger causality analysis, it is found that there is a long-term and equilibrium relationship between materialized knowledge spillover and high-tech industry innovation ability. Among them, in the short run, foreign direct investment and import trade activities are Granger reasons for the improvement of innovation capability of high-tech industries. At present, the role of foreign investment in high-tech industries and export trade activities should be given better play to the technological innovation capability of this industry.
