袁建平,1957年生,1985年在西北工业大学宇航工程系获博士学位.1988年至1990年获世界著名洪堡基金资助,在德国不伦瑞克工业大学飞行导航研究所从事科研.现任西北工业大学航天工程学院副院长、飞行力学专业教授、博士生导师.
Yuan Jianping was born in 1957 and received a doctorate degree in aerospace engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University in 1985. He was awarded a Ph.D. degree from the World-renowned Humboldt Foundation from 1988 to 1990 and is engaged in scientific research at the Flight Navigation Institute of Brunswick University of Technology in Germany. He is currently a professor at Northwestern Polytechnical University Vice president of aerospace engineering, flight mechanics professor, doctoral tutor.
