目的评定小针刀加中药对膝骨性关节炎的治疗效果。方法对146例小针刀加中药治疗的膝骨性关节炎病例进行回顾性研究,分析随访结果,评价临床治疗效果。结果小针刀加中药对膝骨性关节炎进行治疗后,显效的109例、有效26例、无效11例,总有效率为92.47%。结论小针刀加中药对治疗膝骨性关节炎有显著疗效。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of small needle knife and traditional Chinese medicine on knee osteoarthritis. Methods The cases of knee osteoarthritis treated with small needle knife plus traditional Chinese medicine were retrospectively studied. The follow-up results were analyzed to evaluate the clinical effect. Results Small needle knife plus traditional Chinese medicine treatment of knee osteoarthritis, effective in 109 cases, effective in 26 cases, ineffective in 11 cases, the total effective rate was 92.47%. Conclusion Small needle knife plus traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis have a significant effect.
