目的了解2008-2010年哈尔滨市辖区医院收治的889例手足口病患者EV71病毒感染情况。方法采用两个样本率比较的假设检验,对889例手足口病患者咽拭子、粪便、肛拭子等标本RT-PCR或Real-time PCREV71核酸鉴定结果,按不同性别、不同居住地、不同年龄和不同发病时间分类进行比较,分析2008-2010年手足口病患者EV71感染情况。结果 3年合计,男性患者EV71阳性检出率高于女性(35.82%vs28.32%),农村患者阳性检出率最高(37.60%),城市(27.42%)与乡镇(27.36%)则相近;2~岁患者阳性检出率(37.56%)最高,其次为1~岁(34.98%)、3~岁(32.77%)和4~岁患者(32.69%),0~岁(29.63%)和5~岁(20.88%)相对较低;7月阳性检出率(38.11%)最高,其次为6月(35.48%)、5月(34.07%)。3年实验室监测确证EV71感染率分别为31.40%、25.00%和41.24%,3年间患者样本阳性检出率差异与分类情况有关。结论 2008-2010年哈尔滨市辖区医院收治的手足口病患者EV71阳性检出率按不同性别、不同居住地、不同年龄组、不同发病时间分析,其差异与分类情况有关,手足口病患者EV71病毒检出率以农村1~4岁男性儿童最高,每年检出高峰时间不同。
Objective To understand the EV71 virus infection in 889 hand, foot and mouth disease patients admitted to Harbin City Hospital from 2008 to 2010. Methods Two sets of hypothesis tests were used to compare the results of RT-PCR or Real-time PCREV71 in 889 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease among throat swabs, feces and anal swabs. Age and different time of onset were compared to analyze the 2008-2010 hand, foot and mouth disease in patients with EV71 infection. Results The positive rate of EV71 in male was higher than that in female (35.82% vs 28.32%) in 3 years. The positive rate was 37.60% in rural areas and 27.42% in urban areas (27.36%). The highest positive rate was found in patients aged 2 ~ (37.56%), followed by 1 ~ (34.98%), 3 ~ (32.77%) and 4 ~ (32.69%), 0 ~ 29.63% Year old (20.88%) was relatively low; the positive rate of July (38.11%) was the highest, followed by June (35.48%) and May (34.07%). The 3-year laboratory surveillance confirmed that EV71 infection rates were 31.40%, 25.00% and 41.24%, respectively. The positive detection rate of patients in 3 years was related to the classification. Conclusion The positive rate of EV71 in hand, foot and mouth disease patients admitted in Harbin Municipal Hospital from 2008 to 2010 was analyzed by gender, residence, age group and different time of onset, and the differences were related to the classification.
