本文分析了当前企业对企业统计基础工作的错误认识以及存在的问题,并从五个方面论述了企业如何进行统计创新的探索和实践:设立综合统计部门并明确其职责;健全统计内容及其计算方法;创新统计观念,以人为本观念、市场观念、风险观念、信息观念;统计报表制度创新;统计功能创新,强化描述功能、评价功能的创新、统计手段创新。
