毋庸置疑,在中国建设银行黑龙江省红兴隆支行1997年的年历上,五九七办事处是一幅最为亮丽迷人的风景;而其主任徐辉,无疑又是这幅美妙风景中最具光彩和魅力的人物。1997年初,徐辉接下了各项工作极为落后、连续多年完不成任务的建行五九七办事处这副担子。他集思广益、大胆创新,出台了一系列重大举措,燃起一把“内铸行魂、外塑形象”的熊熊大火,引导着这个出名的“老大难”单位由低谷跃上峰巅,成为红兴隆支行最为耀眼的明星。初春一个阳光明媚的日子,笔者走访了五九七办事处。徐辉和办事处历经一年春夏秋冬的拼搏历程,使我想起那首唱红华夏大地的闽南歌曲《爱拼才会赢》。
