目的:了解培哚普利及硝苯地平对老年高血压患者血小板活化及纤溶活性的影响。方法:将60例高血压患者随机分为两组:组口服硝苯地平片,组口服培哚普利片。分别于服药前及4周末清晨空腹静脉采血,测定血小板a颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)及其抑制物(PAI-1)。结果:血小板及纤溶指标:治疗前组和组GMP-140、TXB2、PAI-1均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而t-PA低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后组GMP-140、TXB2、PAI-1均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),而t-PA高于治疗前(P<0.05);组各指标治疗前后无显著差异(P均>0.05)。结论:培哚普利能抑制血小板活化和改善纤溶活性,而硝苯地平对血小板及纤溶功能无明显影响。
Objective: To investigate the effects of perindopril and nifedipine on platelet activation and fibrinolytic activity in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods: Sixty hypertensive patients were randomly divided into two groups: nifedipine tablet group, oral perindopril tablets. Fasting venous blood samples were collected before treatment and at the early morning of 4 weeks respectively. The levels of GMP-140, TXB2, t-PA and PAI -1). Results: Platelet and fibrinolytic indexes: The levels of GMP-140, TXB2 and PAI-1 in the pre-treatment group and the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01), but t-PA was lower than that in the control group The levels of GMP-140, TXB2 and PAI-1 were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01), while t-PA was higher than before treatment (P <0.05) . CONCLUSION: Perindopril can inhibit platelet activation and improve fibrinolytic activity, while nifedipine has no significant effect on platelet and fibrinolysis.
