对西安高校网球场开放利用现状及存在的问题进行分析研究,提出应抓住“全民健身计划纲要”和开展“全国亿万学生阳光体育运动”的实施契机,充分利用高校网球场独特优势,对内以教职工社团、俱乐部为主,对外应以有偿培训为主场地收费为辅的收费方式,鼓励以校管理为主的运营模式,探索通过政府购买服务、委托第三方专业组织运营的模式来解决高校体育资金不足的问题。
This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the open tennis courts in Xi’an University and puts forward that we should seize the chance to implement the “National Fitness Program” and carry out the “Sunshine Sports Campaign” to make full use of the tennis courts Unique advantages, internal to the teaching staff associations, clubs, foreign paid training should be the main venue fee charged, to encourage school-based management mode of operation, to explore through the government to purchase services, commissioned by third-party professional organizations Operation model to solve the problem of lack of funds for sports in colleges and universities.
