细胞凋亡是一种程序化的主动的细胞死亡过程。一般认为它是由蛋白酶Caspase通过两种途径激活的。但最近的研究发现除了Caspase引起的凋亡外,还有Caspase非依赖性的细胞死亡形式存在。本文综述了近年来有关Caspase非依赖性细胞凋亡调控的研究进展。
Apoptosis is a programmed, proactive process of cell death. It is generally believed that it is activated by protease Caspase by two pathways. However, recent studies have found that in addition to Caspase-induced apoptosis, caspase-independent forms of cell death exist. This review summarizes recent advances in the regulation of caspase-independent apoptosis.
