介绍了加弧辉光离子渗铝新工艺,并对普通碳钢进行了加弧辉光离子渗铝处理。研究了10、60、T12钢渗铝后的渗层组织特点,渗层合金成分的分布、渗层相组成及工艺参数对铝层的影响规律。
The new technology of adding arc glow ion aluminizing was introduced, and the common arc carbon steel was subjected to arc glow ion aluminizing treatment. The effects of the aluminized layer on the microstructure characteristics, the distribution of the alloy composition in the infiltrated layer, the phase composition of the infiltrated layer and the technological parameters were studied.
