咽部纤维瘤较多见,最常生长于软腭、悬雍垂、腭弓游离缘或扁桃体上。但生长在喉咽部血管纤维瘤较少见,我院自1960～1983年间共遇到喉咽部良性肿瘤6例,其中1例复发性血管纤维瘤16年间共行6次手术,肿瘤包膜完整,皆摘除顺利,但终因恶变,不能挽救生命,实属少见,特提出报导,供同道参考。病例陈某女、48岁、河北任县籍、社员。住院号:114064号,于1977年8月30日因声音改变及饮食发呛一月而入院。患者一月来声音改变,口内似含物样,伴咽下困
