目的:了解江苏省副溶血性弧菌的指纹图谱的同源性。方法:对2009年-2010年江苏省食源性疾病中分离的、经API生化鉴定的79株副溶血性弧菌进行毒力基因(tdh、trh)测定、血清学分型和脉冲场电泳(PFGE)分型。结果:tdh阳性率82.3%(65/79),trh阳性率为3.4%(3/79);病人株血清型以O3:K6为主(44/75),食品株以O1:KUT为主(3/4);脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分型显示优势群A群-B群间相似度大于60%。结论:江苏省不同地区、不同时间的副溶血性弧菌具有高度同源性,该地区副溶血性弧菌引起的食源性疾病可能具有相同的污染源。
Objective: To understand the homology of fingerprints of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Jiangsu Province. Methods: 79 isolates of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from foodborne diseases in Jiangsu Province from 2009 to 2010 were assayed for virulence genes (tdh, trh), serological typing and PFGE ) Typing. Results: The positive rate of tdh was 82.3% (65/79) and the positive rate of trh was 3.4% (3/79). The serotypes of patients were O3: K6 (44/75) and O1: KUT 3/4). Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) typing showed that the similarity between groups A and B was greater than 60%. Conclusion: Vibrio parahaemolyticus is highly homologous in different regions of Jiangsu Province at different times, and the foodborne diseases caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus may have the same source of pollution.
