两三年前,因住房质量上访的群众几乎没有,但现在却成了群众投诉的热点。据南通市政协视察了解,近年该市信访局接待有关住宅质量和面积问题来信来访居民1500多户,近5000人,涉及到11个住宅小区、20多家房地产开发公司,约40多幢住宅楼;建筑工程质量监督站接到举报90多宗;技术监督局在去年3月15日一天,接到购房者的投诉100多起,涉及到十几家房地产开发公司。群众对住房质量问题反映如此强烈,主要有三个原因:一是房屋质量问题表露呈现滞后性。俗话说,“船真屋假”。造船使不得假,好坏一下就看出来
