从气化模、金属型、砂型三种工艺条件下耐磨铸件的凝固曲线测试结果出发,针对气化模法铸件凝固速度慢的特点,采用正交设计的方法对抗磨铸铁的成分进行了优化设计。在此基础上,采用新型复合变质剂和悬浮变质的方法,获得了一种性能良好的低合金抗磨铸铁材质。
Based on the test results of solidification curve of wear-resistant castings under three process conditions of gasification mold, metal type and sand type, the composition of anti-wear cast iron was optimized by orthogonal design according to the characteristics of slow solidification of castings by gasification molding design. On this basis, using a new composite modifier and suspension metamorphism method, a good performance of low alloy anti-wear cast iron material.
