晚期食管癌患者放化疗效果欠佳，进食梗阻常不能解除。而食管癌手术、放疗后所致疤痕狭窄以及食管气管瘘亦使患者不能顺利进食。采用食管支架进行姑息治疗，能使患者顺利进食，达到了减轻痛苦和延长生存期的目的[1]，现已广泛开展。作者自1996年开展食管支架植入手术以来共治疗
Patients with advanced esophageal cancer have poor response to radiochemotherapy. Eating obstruction often cannot be eliminated. The esophageal cancer surgery, scarring caused by radiotherapy, and esophageal tracheal fistula also prevented patients from eating well.
