利用自行开发的分散剂中试产品,针对长庆油田部分区块PHPA聚合物完钻钻井液,设计出2种粉煤灰体系的MTC配方。研究了新体系的流动度、稠化时间、凝结时间及强度等性能。提出了现场固井实际施工方案。新体系的特点是加药量小(0.004~0.0045),流动性好(29~30cm),初、终凝时间可调,抗压强度较高,可按常规注水泥施工;替钻井液时间内,MTC体系趋于进一步分散,而常规配方则出现絮凝增强。采用文中提出的第1种MTC配方,在元西2-2井、岭504井低密度井段进行了现场固井实验,封固段井段优质率分别达到0.96和0.85,收到了较好效果。
Based on the pilot product of dispersant developed by ourselves, aiming at the drilling mud of PHPA polymer in some blocks of Changqing Oilfield, two kinds of MTC formula of fly ash system were designed. The fluidity, thickening time, setting time and strength of the new system were studied. Put forward the actual construction plan of cementing in the field. The new system is characterized by a small amount of drug (0.004 ~ 0.0045), good fluidity (29 ~ 30cm), initial and final adjustable time, high compressive strength, conventional cementing construction; MTC system tended to disperse further during drilling fluid time, whereas conventional formulations showed increased flocculation. Using the first MTC formulation proposed in the paper, field cementing experiments were carried out in low-density intervals of Well No.2-2, Well No.520, and the high-quality intervals of well section of sealing section reached 0.96 and 0.85, respectively To a better effect.
