本文将灵敏度分析法引入到国内某厂2800四辊轧机主传动系统的扭振研究中,同时应用试验模态分析的结果修正部分物理参数。有效地进行了结构参数再设计,使频率分布更趋合理。
In this paper, the sensitivity analysis method is introduced into the torsional vibration study of the main drive system of a 2800 four-high mill in a certain plant in China. At the same time, some physical parameters are corrected by the results of experimental modal analysis. The structural parameters were effectively re-designed to make the frequency distribution more reasonable.
