近年来,随着城镇经济建设步伐的加快和城镇规划范围的扩大,土地征收过程中的问题和矛盾日渐突出,土地征收及补偿行政案件数量不断增加。土地征收关系到国家、集体及个人的利益冲突和利益平衡,如果处理不当,很可能损害各方利益,影响土地征收的顺利进行,从而激发社会冲突。对我国土地征收及补偿等相关问题进行分析和探讨,具有现实意义。
In recent years, with the acceleration of urban economic construction and the expansion of urban planning, the problems and contradictions in the land expropriation process have become increasingly prominent. The number of land expropriation and compensation administrative cases has been on the increase. Land expropriation is related to the conflict of interests and balance of interests of the state, the collective and the individual. If handled improperly, it is likely to undermine the interests of all parties and affect the smooth progress of land expropriation so as to stimulate social conflicts. It is of practical significance to analyze and discuss the land acquisition and compensation in China.
