异戊醇萃取-原子吸收光谱法测定矿石中金

矿样用王水分解,在王水浓度为2~12%的水相中,用异戊醇萃取金,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定。方法较快速,可测定矿石中1g·t~(-1)以上的金。一仪器 WYX-401型原子吸收光谱仪工作条件:灯电流8mA,波长242.8nm,狭缝0.42nm,燃烧器高15,空气流量14L·min~(-1),压力0.2MPa,乙炔流量2L·min~(-1)。二操作程序称样5~10g,在500~600℃灼烧除硫,在300ml烧杯中用60ml王水并加热至接近沸腾的温度下保温0.5h,冷却,移入100ml量瓶中,加水至标线,摇匀。待澄清,分浓5~10ml于50ml量瓶中,加王水3~4ml,加水至约40ml,准确加入异戊醇5ml,萃取1min。 The mineral sample is decomposed with aqua regia, and the gold is extracted with isoamyl alcohol in a water phase having a aqua regia concentration of 2 to 12% and determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The method is rapid and can determine the gold above 1g · t -1 in ore. An instrument WYX-401 Atomic Absorption Spectrometer Operating conditions: lamp current 8mA, wavelength 242.8nm, slit 0.42nm, the burner 15, the air flow 14L · min -1, pressure 0.2MPa, acetylene flow 2L · min ~ (-1). Two operating procedures Weigh 5 ~ 10g, burning at 500 ~ 600 ℃ sulfur removal, in a 300ml beaker with 60ml aqua regia and heated to near boiling temperature incubated 0.5h, cooled, transferred to 100ml volumetric flask, add water to the standard Line, shake well. To be clarified, sub-concentrated 5 ~ 10ml in 50ml volumetric flask, add aqua 3 ~ 4ml, add water to about 40ml, the exact addition of isoamyl alcohol 5ml, extraction 1min.
