矿样用王水分解,在王水浓度为2~12%的水相中,用异戊醇萃取金,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定。方法较快速,可测定矿石中1g·t~(-1)以上的金。一仪器 WYX-401型原子吸收光谱仪工作条件:灯电流8mA,波长242.8nm,狭缝0.42nm,燃烧器高15,空气流量14L·min~(-1),压力0.2MPa,乙炔流量2L·min~(-1)。二操作程序称样5~10g,在500~600℃灼烧除硫,在300ml烧杯中用60ml王水并加热至接近沸腾的温度下保温0.5h,冷却,移入100ml量瓶中,加水至标线,摇匀。待澄清,分浓5~10ml于50ml量瓶中,加王水3~4ml,加水至约40ml,准确加入异戊醇5ml,萃取1min。
