制备了一种新型3-吡啶甲酰腙丙酮酸席夫碱镍配合物/多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(NiL/MWCNTs/GCE),考察了NiL/MWCNTs/GCE对NO2-的电催化氧化行为。结果表明,在pH=7.8~8.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,富集时间为5s,其扫速为0.1V/s,在-1.0~1.6V进行循环伏安扫描,该电极对NO2-具有较好的电催化氧化作用,其氧化峰电流与NO2-浓度在4.0×10-3~1.2×10-2 mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为1.4×10-3 mol/L。将该电极应用于火腿肠中NO2-含量的测定,回收率为94.58%~100.36%。
A novel 3-picolinohydrazone pyruvic acid Schiff base nickel complex / multiwalled carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode (NiL / MWCNTs / GCE) was prepared. The effects of NiL / MWCNTs / GCE on the electrocatalysis of NO2- Oxidation behavior. The electrode was applied to the determination of NO2- in ham sausage, the recovery was 94.58% ~ 100.36%.
