目的:旨在比较不同皂荚品种的外部形态及不同刺龄的内部结构之间的差异。方法:采用徒手切片的方法研究皂刺的解剖结构。结果表明在同一株植物内,从上到下随着刺龄的增大,皂刺木质部所占横截面的比例增大,髓部面积逐渐缩小,含水量逐渐降低,硬度逐渐增大。为进一步研究不同刺龄中有效成分含量的多少及有效成分所处的部位奠定基础,为确定皂刺的最佳采收期提供依据。
Aims: To compare the external morphology of different Soap varieties and the differences between the internal structures of different seed ages. Methods: The anatomical structure of barbed sting was studied by using the freehand slice method. The results showed that in the same plant, the proportion of xylem in cross-section increased, the area of pith reduced gradually, the water content decreased gradually and the hardness increased gradually with the increase of sprout age from top to bottom. In order to further study the content of active ingredients in different stalks age and lay the foundation for the active ingredients, so as to provide the basis for determining the best harvest time of stichopus.
