《前厅客房服务与管理》是高职酒店管理专业必修的主干专业课程,是一门理论与实际操作紧密结合,知识与技能并重的课程。为了更好地实现该课程教学目标和高职高准教育的应用实操性,通过对课程教学建设思路、教学模块、教学手段以及校企合作三方面进行深入阐述对于成人高职《前厅客房服务与管理》课程教学思路初探,希望通过这个模式的确立,研究出一套适合成人高职高专学员的适用性较强的教学方式和方法。
“Lobby room service and management” is the hotel professional subject management professional courses, is a combination of theory and practice, knowledge and skills of both courses. In order to better realize the teaching objectives of this course and the practical application of Micro Motion’s education, this paper gives an in-depth explanation on three aspects of the course teaching construction, teaching modules, teaching methods and cooperation between schools and colleges. Service and Management "teaching ideas, I hope through this model to establish a set suitable applicability of adult higher vocational students teaching methods and methods.
