近年来高等职业院校在迅猛发展的同时,后勤保障和服务水平参差不齐,目前尚未形成以学生满意度评价为主体的,能够准确反映后勤系统运行规律的指标评价体系,本文分析构建后勤服务满意度评价指标体系的重要意义,以扬州工业职业技术学院为例探讨新形势下构建满意度指标体系的方法与步骤。
