企业文化建设发展中的30年,我国涌现出了许多先进企业,当年我们把西方人的思想引进来,然后逐步传播,再把组织建立起来。现在,中央召开了十七届六中全会,通过了文化体制改革的重要决定,强调企业文化重要性的一点。我们国家面临着世界市场的变化,确定了自身的对策,我们的企业文化还有待于根据新的格局不断的发展创新。

In the 30 years since the construction of enterprise culture and development, many advanced enterprises have emerged in our country. In the past, we introduced Westerners’ ideas and then gradually spread them to establish the organization. Now the Central Government has convened the 6th Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, passed the important decision on the reform of the cultural system and emphasized the importance of corporate culture. Our country is facing the changes in the world market, to determine its own countermeasures, our corporate culture has yet to be in accordance with the new pattern of continuous development and innovation.
