采用无氰化钠的解吸液,用有机试剂蒸汽解吸法进行了载金炭解吸的研究。实验中选择了(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ)两种体系,分别探讨了有机试剂浓度、NaOH浓度、Na_2CO_3浓度,解吸时间及水质等因素对解吸率的影响,并初步进行了活性炭活性试验,研究发现,采用(Ⅰ)体系和(Ⅱ)体系可使载金炭解吸率分别达到99.4%和99.7%。贫炭品位降至20g/t以下,水质时解吸几乎没影响,解吸后贫炭经水蒸汽热再生后活性仍然很强,采用该法不仅提高了解吸率,而且显著缩短解吸时间,降低成本,改善工作环境,减少环境污染。
Using desorption solution without sodium cyanide, desorption of gold by carbon was studied by vapor desorption of organic reagents.
