鄂西某中职学校调查访谈结果表明,山区中职学生存在职业理想欠缺、职业规划模糊、企业适应能力不足、人际交往能力弱、专业技术学习能力不足等社会化问题。本文尝试分析了社会化技能在中职毕业生综合能力中的重要地位,分析了妨碍山区中职学生社会化能力养成的因素,并提出了有助于中职学生社会化技能培养的措施和方法。
Interview results from a secondary vocational school in western Hubei Province show that vocational students in mountainous areas have social problems such as lack of professional ideals, vague career planning, lack of adaptability of enterprises, weak interpersonal skills and lack of professional technical learning ability. This article tries to analyze the importance of social skills in the comprehensive ability of secondary vocational school graduates, analyzes the factors that hinder the development of secondary school students’ socialization ability in mountainous areas, and puts forward some measures to help secondary vocational students to develop their social skills method.
