万氏(Wangensteen)胃肠吸引装置是腹部外科手术前及手术後护理中不可缺少的设备。原来的装置(请参考吴英恺编临床外科手册140页)在吸引过程中,需要时常换水。使护理上增加许多麻烦,且浪费很多时间。国外虽有自动换水之吸引装置,但其制法复杂,亦不经济。吴及张氏(参考新医学报1950年7月号),曾发表过改进的装置方法,免去换水手续。但在应用时,皮管及玻璃管之连接部份,需要拔来拔去,亦觉不便。作者在某院工作期间,曾将万氏吸引装置,利用当时之设备,而有所改进,在应用时比较方法。故将其装置式样及用法介绍一下,以备同志们参考。
The Wangensteen gastrointestinal suction device is an indispensable device for preoperative abdominal surgery and postoperative care. However, in the application, the connecting part of skin tube and glass tube needs to be unplugged and inconvenient. While working in a hospital, the author once used Wan’s device to attract equipment and use the equipment at that time to make improvements. Therefore, the installation style and usage introduction to prepare comrades for reference.
