On January 27th, 1989, Xiang Zheng Office issued 4 opinions: “Several Opinions on the Policies for the Recent Capital Construction and Technological Reform of Hunan Province”, “Opinions on the Adjustment of Agricultural Products Structure” and “Opinions on Adjusting the Structure of Industrial Products in 1989”. The meeting and the planning meeting of the province were discussed and agreed and are now being printed and distributed. It is hoped that all localities and departments will implement it conscientiously. To implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee, govern the economic environment, and rectify the economic order, we must make great efforts to adjust the economic structure. We must truly govern and rectify our guiding ideology, work arrangements, and measures.
