In order to conscientiously implement the “three represents” important thinking and study and explore the effective ways for farmers in our province to increase their income, experts from the Yunnan Provincial Association of Experts organized relevant experts. Starting from May 2002, the “science and technology progress of township enterprises Farmers’ income increase issue ” special research.
